Graves Disease at twenty seven led me to nutrition and fitness. Strength training, working out either at home or the gym, eating greens, drinking shakes, fighting toxins, stress free, keeps it manageable. Whenever I deviate from these I learn to get back on track.
A radiation treatment killed one side of my thyroid.
A Naturopath, helped me on track with food including detoxing and colon hydrotherapy. I continued being very active and with all mentioned above, this is the key to staying healthy.
I began this website to share my experience.
